Reintroducing: The Ventana Dining Room
Desert Highlands kicked 2022 off with an elegant seated dinner at the newly renovated Ventana Dining Room. Guests enjoyed four decadent courses and an amuse bouche while enjoying sunsets and the enchanting lights of the valley below from the totally reimagined dining room.
After welcoming this reimagined culinary experience into our community in 2021 to an overwhelmingly positive reaction, Desert Highlands is excited to see what’s next for the Ventana Dining Room. The all-new, totally revamped space is ready to host all your special moments, intimate evenings, and big events in 2022.
The Best Backyard in Town
There was another exciting addition to the dining experience at Desert Highlands last year: the opening of Jack's Backyard. As many residents have already discovered, Jack’s Backyard is a new outdoor dining space that compliments Jack's, the ever-popular gastropub-style restaurant that is a go-to gathering place in our community.
Jack’s Backyard brings the community favorite experience of Jack’s into the wondrous landscape of the Sonoran Desert. Multiple firepits, patio tables, lounge area and cushioned fireside seating make it easy to relax and unwind in the setting sun, enjoying spectacular views and scrumptious food and drinks.
Beat the last of the winter chill beside one of three firepits or stay tuned for magnificent sunsets in the springtime and throughout the rest of 2022 in Jack’s Backyard!
Resolutions Made Easy
The newly-outfitted Fitness Center makes keeping New Year’s resolutions a breeze for members of the Desert Highlands Community. 2021 saw the introduction of brand-new, state-of-the-art MATRIX exercise equipment. Residents tackle self-guided sessions in the weight room, or take advantage of our personalized workout routines developed by the club’s personal training staff.
But it’s not all world-class exercise machines and individualized training—don’t forget about the masseuse or the pool! The Fitness Center offers a variety of massage services for residents, and the heated pool is the perfect temperature for a dip, whether you’re doing laps or just relaxing!
Always More on the Horizon
2021 was a great year for Desert Highlands. But we’re not going to rest on our laurels just yet. We’ll continue working tirelessly to improve, adapt, and create the best experiences and offerings for our community—starting with a great 2022!
