The list of amenities at Desert Highlands keeps growing. Our quest to constantly improve our community continues apace. Everywhere you look, there’s a brand new way to enjoy the Sonoran Desert.
One thing that isn’t changing for our members, though, is our capital improvement funding structure. Keep reading to learn more!
Our funding success starts with a firm base. Desert Highlands is proud to boast a solid, secure capital and financial structure. Notably, the finance team at DH has always earmarked and will continue to earmark fully 100% of the membership fee for capital repair, replacements, and enhancements. This allows us to maintain our constant drive for improvement.
Last year, the improvement projects at Desert Highlands included construction of dedicated pickleball courts and the grand opening of Jack’s, our gastropub-style restaurant. Both have been a huge hit with the community, much to our delight.
This year, our improvement initiative has included an update to the fitness center with state of the art Matrix equipment. The community is also slated to welcome a newly renovated Ventana Dining Room and Jack’s Backyard, a new outdoor dining option for residents this fall that will feature two new bocce ball courts.
The Ventana Dining room boasts stunning views of the city lights and Sonoran sunsets. A sophisticated, elevated menu pairs perfectly with the picturesque setting, making it a destination for special nights and intimate celebrations. Jack’s Backyard is the outdoor companion to and extension of the community hotspot, Jack’s. The outdoor cocktail, dining, and entertainment space, will be welcoming guests this fall.
