Springtime is truly one of the most magical seasons here at Desert Highlands. This is our community’s most active season and everyone is celebrating in their own way, from getting out on the greens to attending exciting on-site events.

Rater’s Event Recap & More
First, let’s recap all the great fun from last month! The prestigious Rater’s event at our signature Jack Nicklaus golf course just wrapped up, and it was a huge success! We’re so happy that our desert golf community was selected for review again this year.
Our members also successfully and safely gathered for some much-needed socializing at the recent Adobe Road Wine and Car Show in Scottsdale, Arizona. The event allowed members to enjoy not only a car competition but also fine wine, live entertainment, and delicious cuisine crafted by our exceptional Desert Highlands culinary team. This spectacular event offered a little something for everyone to enjoy!
Upcoming Events: Plenty of Ways to Play this May
We have a very eventful spring season planned for our members. To start, on April 25, members can come out to watch a live Journey cover band in the park! Enjoy a wine tasting and dinner before the show, then settle in to watch the sunset as you listen to some of the biggest hits of the 1970s and 80s. The wine tasting kicks off at 3 PM, followed by dinner and the concert.
Next up on the springtime agenda, we have some fun golf challenges and events!
Golf events next month include the Desert Highlands Club Championships, our Ladies Closing Day event, the Spring Edition, as well as our Red, White, & Blue Memorial Day Scramble. Our members always have a blast getting outside under Arizona skies and playing their hearts out!
More Activities for Members
There’s always a full range of outdoor amenities for our members to explore. Desert Highland’s impressive world-class Racquet Club boasts 13 tennis courts featuring all three Grand Slam surfaces—grass, clay and hard—and two brand-new pickleball courts. Our instructors are always available to coach members and help them improve their game.
Our heated year-round swimming pool is a popular way to cool off while getting exercise, offering the option of lap swim or simply a spot for relaxation. For members with furry friends, our dog park by the pond is a great way to socialize with others at a safe distance. And of course, our highly acclaimed Jack Nicklaus golf course and 18-hole putting green are always ready and waiting.
