Aaron Wells, PGA, Head Golf Professional


Growing up in Edmonton, Alberta and Ames, Iowa, Aaron’s first passion was hockey; he played for 20 years before finding golf.  He moved to Orlando, Florida in 2001 to pursue his career as a Golf Professional where he earned a position at Isleworth Country Club, home of Tiger Woods and Mark O’Meara, among others. 

Aaron and his wife Shana moved to Phoenix in March 2005 to continue his career at Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club.  Aaron had the privilege of working with some of the finest Golf Professionals in the Southwest Section PGA and in the world, including Director of Instruction and top 100 golf instructor, Mike Malaska.  In addition to his extensive teaching experience, Aaron has conducted and coordinated more than 150 golf tournaments in his career.  Events include LPGA Pro-Ams, Junior Golf Association of Arizona, American Junior Golf Association, Southwest Section PGA, The United States Golf Association, Arizona Golf Association, and the Arizona Women’s Golf Association.
